Versa UI License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Versa UI for personal or commercial projects, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Product Scope

Versa UI includes, but is not limited to:

• Versa UI Figma (design system and assets)
• Versa UI React (component library and codebase)

Access depends on the plan purchased, including:

• Versa UI Pro
• Versa UI Figma Pro
• Versa UI React Pro
• Versa UI Pro Team
• Versa UI Figma Pro Team
• Versa UI React Pro Team

3. Permitted Use

You may use Versa UI to design and build unlimited personal, client, or commercial projects, and modify it as needed.

4. Team Usage & Sharing

Individual plans are licensed for single-user use only and must not be shared.

Team usage is permitted only under:

• Versa UI Pro Team
• Versa UI Figma Pro Team
• Versa UI React Pro Team

Under these Team plans:

• Versa UI may be shared with members within the same team or organization only
• Each team member must be covered under the purchased plan

Restriction: Sharing, distributing, or granting access to Versa UI outside your organization is strictly prohibited under all plans.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share Versa UI
• Share files, code, or assets outside permitted team usage
• Create competing design systems or libraries based on Versa UI
• Publish Versa UI (in whole or part) in public repositories or as open source

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed. Users are encouraged to review all previews, samples, and documentation before purchasing.

7. Liability

• Versa UI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• The creator shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from its use.

8. Termination

• This license will terminate automatically if any terms are violated.
• Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Versa UI and delete all copies in your possession.

9. Updates

Minor updates or fixes may be provided at the discretion of the creator. Users are responsible for downloading and integrating updates manually.
